Acceptable use

You may use Toon Tone Game for personal, non-deceptive, lawful play. You may also share links to the site and share your own gameplay results, screenshots, and score cards in ways that do not suggest you own or officially represent the project.

You agree not to misuse the service by interfering with normal site operation, attempting to bypass intended restrictions, scraping or cloning the experience in a way that reproduces the product as your own, or using the site in a way that violates applicable law.

Gameplay and availability

The site is provided as-is and may change as the game evolves. We may update rounds, visuals, or scoring presentation without notice when the goal is to improve gameplay quality.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature continuity, or error-free operation. Scores, prompts, difficulty balance, daily lineups, and visual presentation may be adjusted, suspended, or removed as the product changes.

Independent project statement

Toon Tone Game is an independent fan-made project. Featured character names, franchises, and related marks belong to their respective owners. The project does not claim affiliation with the original rights holders.

References to well-known characters are used to support the color memory premise of the game. Nothing on the site should be interpreted as stating that any studio, publisher, network, or franchise owner has sponsored, approved, or endorsed this project unless such a statement is explicitly added by the project owner.

Image usage and content rights

Character images used on the site are part of the gameplay presentation and may not be copied from this site for reuse in other projects, mirrors, or redistributed game packages.

The site design, game logic, copy, layout, and original implementation elements of Toon Tone Game are also protected by applicable copyright and related laws. Except where sharing is expressly allowed, you may not republish or commercially exploit site materials as if they were your own product or approved distribution inventory.

Sharing and redistribution

You may share your own gameplay score cards and links to the site. You may not package or redistribute the site content as your own game.

You may not mirror substantial portions of the live experience, reuse the hosted character imagery in republished products, or remove surrounding project branding and present the material as an official or separately distributed product.
